Your Complete Guide to Disney Springs

We were at Disney Springs yesterday, and I had a fun time, even if we didn’t do much. But, I’ve done a lot (sort of) in Disney Springs, so I think I’m qualified to tell you about it.

First of all, Disney Springs is divided up into three sections: The Marketplace, The Landing, and West Side.

Disney Springs map; Image credit: https://www.wdwinfo.com/maps/disney-springs.htm

There is so much to do in each of these three sections. This includes shopping, dining, and (sometimes) entertainment. I have a lot of recommendations, and hopefully you’ll decide to make Disney Springs part of your Walt Disney World vacation. But first, you have to understand the rules.

Rules

Disney Springs’ mask rules are the same as the rest of WDW. Technically, you have to wear your mask inside if you are inside, but you really don’t have to. They didn’t even make little kids, who were clearly not vaccinated, inside without masks. This goes the same for the entire Disney World.
Here is a question that apparently gets asked a lot on the Disney Springs website: Are you allowed to use rideshare drop-offs? The answer is yes. If you are being dropped off or you are dropping someone off, you go to the front where the Disney buses drop people off and pick them up. Cars/vans can do that as well. If you are using Uber or Lyft, they will drop you off there, as well.
All of the stores in Disney Springs, even if it’s not owned by Disney, has the same mask mandates as the rest of Disney, but they aren’t being enforced.. Social distancing is no longer being promoted throughout Disney Springs, and markers are being removed everywhere.
So those are the general rules. If you have any questions, go to Guest Relations in Disney Springs, or ask any Cast Member working there.

Shops

There are so many different shops and boutiques, and here’s all of them:

Alex and Ani

The ALEX and ANI store interior featues glass showcases holding jewelry as a man adjusts a bracelet on his girlfriends wrist

Alex and Ani is a jewelry company. It is not owned by Disney, but they do have some fun Disney jewelry. You can buy some of this in the merchandise shops, but the store is Disney Springs is much bigger and has a lot more of their products. If you need more jewelry-or just want it-this is a great brand. I have two bracelets and a pair of earrings from them, and I totally recommend. They range from big and bulky to small and simple, so you’ll probably find something you like there.

American Threads

A girl wearing a hat, strappy sandals and a short gingham romper sits in a wicker chair near 2 potted palm trees
American Threads; Image credit: Disney Springs

American Threads is a women’s clothing store. Because I am only fourteen, and kind of small for my age, I have never shopped there, but it looks like their clothing is pretty nice by looking at their website (https://www.shopamericanthreads.com/). If you want more clothing, you might find something you like there. Who knows? But you might just want to look in there to check.

Anthropologie

A woman wearing sunglasses and a sleeveless top from Anthropologie brushes a section of hair away from her face
Anthropologie; Image credit: Disney Springs

Anthropolgie is another women’s clothing store. I have never shopped there (see American Threads above), but you might find something you like if you look there, so I recommend checking it out if you have time.

The Art Corner by Artistic Talent Group

At the Art Corner, you are able to get personalized artwork as gifts for both you and people you love. I have never actually been inside of this building, but it is very hard to miss. Just keep walking past the Ghirardelli Soda Fountain, and you’ll see it. The sign is bright and colorful, and it looks like it was splattered in paint.

The Art of Disney

A piece of artwork featuring Goofy on display on an easel

At The Art of Disney, you can buy anything from framed paintings to figurines. Imagine the The Festival of the Arts, but all year long. I love looking at amazing art work, because I wish I could be that good, so it’s amazing to see what other people did. That’s part of what makes Festival of the Arts my favorite. You don’t even have to buy anything; you can just look. That’s what I do a lot.

The Art of Shaving

I’m not joking. This is a real store. It sells everything a man needs to shave. Because I’m not a man, and never will be one, I’ve never had the need to go into here, but I’ve heard it’s actually a pretty good store. You can also go here for a man, even if you don’t need to shave.

Basin

The interior of bath and body shop Basin features large glass canisters of bath salts, with the cashier and other store displays in the background

Basin is a bath and body company. They have all kinds of stuff to make you relax and feel nice. I have never shopped here, but it seems like a nice company, just by looking on their website.

Maybe you like taking care of yourself a lot, so why don’t you treat yourself to some Basin products? I think you should check it out if you have time.

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique

A Fairy Godmother talks to a seated little girl getting a princess makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique
A girl at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique

This is more than shopping: it is a full experience. Unfortunately, both Disney World locations are closed for safety reasons. I am too old for it now, but it was so much fun when we did it. You can go in to buy a costume (read Disney’s costume rules before doing so), but you cannot have the full makeover experience. You are allowed to wear your own costume or outfit if you would like, or you can buy one of Disney’s. Madelyn and I wore our own dresses and Elliot wore a shirt that my mom had made because Disney’s costumes can be incredibly expensive.

If you are thirteen or younger, you can do this experience, and I recommend it. It was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done at Disney World. Ever. I still have my sash, bag, makeup, and face stickers from it.

The BOATHOUSE® BOATIQUE

A boutique with wooden floors and cabinets displays clothing, jewelry, gifts and accessories

I have never shopped at this Boatique, but it looks like it has pretty nice merchandise, judging from their website.

It’s also a pretty creative name for a company, which I like.

BUILD-A-DINO® by Build-A-Bear Workshop® at T-REX™

A boy and a girl laugh as they each hold a plush dinosaur toy

I have never done this specific experience, but I have done Build-A-Bear Workshop® a few times before. It was a lot of fun when I was younger.

Saber-toothed Tiger - Build-A-Bear Workshop®

Bringing your toy to life is really a special thing to a lot of kids, so if you get the chance, do it.

Chapel Hats

A stylish canvas fedora featuring a feather embellishment and a grosgrain band at Chapel Hats

This is a hat store, obviously. If you want a hat, this is where you can pick it up. I don’t believe they sell Disney hats, but some non-Disney stores in Disney Springs do have Disney merchandise, so you can check.

Coach

Four women carry Coach handbags and stand inside a train car

Coach is a women’s clothing and apparel store. When I looked online, small purses, like the one below, are all over $200.

Coach Tabby Shoulder Bag 26 Brass/Chalk New Featured Explore Sustainable Materials

Clothing is also pretty expensive, judging from their website. I guess if you are looking for expensive, new clothing, this is the place to shop, but I would never spend $1,000 on a jacket. (That’s what they cost. Seriously.)

Coca-Cola Store

An artist rendering of the exterior of the Coca Cola Store with Guests enjoying the rooftop beverage bar
The Coca-Cola Store; Image source: Disney Springs

This store is very hard to miss: it is a three story glass building with the words “Coca-Cola” printed above the entrance. They have all kind of Coca-Cola apparel, from T-shirts to mugs. You can also get Coca-Cola samples there.

Columbia Sportswear

We all know what Columbia Sportswear is. If you don’t, well it’s in its name. It’s sportswear. Maybe you are a runner. I’m not. But, you can check out what they have if you want. And, they have things for more than just running. They have for fishing, hiking, and more.

Crystal Arts by Arribas Brothers

A young girl in a princess dress stands on her tiptoes to reach a tiara in a display case

This is an amazing art store. Not that I’ve ever shopped there. But, the artwork looks amazing. Just look at that Dumbo figurine by them.

Dumbo Mini Figurine by Arribas

That is just one of many things that you can buy from the Arribas Brothers that you can decorate your home with. It’s so cool that they set some crystals in it, and it looks even better then it would have if they left it plain. And, it wasn’t incredibly expensive, at only $40.00 on shopDisney.

Dino Store at T-REX™

A boy places a dinosaur cap on his father’s head
The Dino Store; Image source: Disney Springs

At the Dino Store, you can buy everything dinosaur. Honestly, I think Elliot would love this store. He loves science, animals, and facts, so this would be fun for him. I’ve never even been inside of this store, but it sounds cool.

Disney PhotoPass® Studio

A boy dressed like a prince plays near a girl dressed like a princess while a man takes their photo
The PhotoPass® Studio; Image source: Disney Springs

When you are on a Disney vacation, you will see photo people. Those are PhotoPass® people. PhotoPass® is a service that allows you to have unlimited photos taken in the parks, and when you purchase Memory Maker with it, you can download whichever photos you would like.

Haunted Mansion (1 of 1)
Me and Kaci on Haunted Mansion

The PhotoPass® studio lets you take pictures in front of digital backgrounds. During the summer there are 4th of July backgrounds, and of course there are other seasonal backgrounds. It is a lot of fun to do this experience after you are done in the Bibbidi Bobbodi Boutique.

Disney Pin Traders

A Cast Member helps 2 little girls pick out pins next to an expansive wall display of pins
Disney Pin Traders

I personally love this store. At this store, you can buy pins, trade pins, and buy some other stuff, including MagicBands. You can also buy lanyards and see Disney’s newest pins. They have pretty much all the pins available at the Walt Disney World resort.

Disney’s Candy Cauldron

A ghoulish looking candy apple on a display counter at the Candy Cauldron shop

Disney’s Candy Cauldron is a candy shop, where you can buy intricate candy apples (as shown above), flavored popcorn, and more. You can also watch Cast Members at work making these treats.

Disney’s Wonderful World of Memories

At Disney’s Wonderful World of Memories, you can get things like personalized ear hats, leather items, and seasonal merchandise. To me, this place sounds amazing, because I love ears.

DisneyStyle

Inside the Disney Style store, 2 young women hold props that look like a Mickey ears ice cream bar and a popcorn container
DisneyStyle; Image source: Disney Springs

DisneyStyle is a clothing store, but they also have ears and decorative stuff. I have never actually bought anything there, but it is a bright and colorful store, and sort of reminds me of summer. They have character inspired clothing, which is really hard to find in the parks, and I have only really been able to find on Amazon, and at Walmart and Target here in Orlando. I like to have the authentic, and it’s great to know that there is a place where I can get it, even if it’s kind of expensive.

Disney’s Days of Christmas

A Mickey Mouse Icon ornament is decorated with snowflakes
Mickey Mouse Christmas ornament; Image source: Disney Springs

This store sells Disney Christmas stuff all year long, just like the Ye Ole Christmas Shop in Magic Kingdom. (I have also seen Starbucks ornaments in the merchandise stores lately.) I don’t celebrate Christmas because I’m Jewish, but I have seen some of the ornaments. In fact, I have a Cinderella picture frame ornament on my shelf in Michigan. They are pretty good quality, and a lot of Disney fans just need a Disney ornament to make their Christmases even better.

Edward Beiner Purveyor of Fine Eyewear

Edward Beiner Purveyor of Fine Eyewear is an eyeglasses store. Wow. Elliot needs this. He always loses glasses at Disney World. I really know nothing about this store, so I’m not sure if it’s good, but maybe it is, maybe it isn’t.

Ever After Jewelry Co. & Accessories

This Disney-owned shop sells Disney jewelry from Alex & Ani, and Crislu and Pandora® Jewelry. They also sell Loungeflys, as shown above. Of course, you can also visit the Alex and Ani shop in Disney Springs, but they might have more Disney-themed items in Ever After Jewelry Co. & Accessories.

Everything But Water

A woman wearing sunglasses models a sundress, bracelet and necklace against a blue sky backdrop

Everything But Water is exactly what it sounds like: a women’s swim suit company. They have swim suits in every style and color: from plain, one pieces to colorful bikinis. If you forgot a bathing suit, or just want a new one, there will most likely be something you like.

eyCatchers Cart

A decorative wind spinner from eyCatchers
A sun wind spinner from eyCatchers Cart

You’ve probably seen these before. The first time I ever saw one was in my “old” neighborhood in Michigan in someone’s backyard. Well technically, it was three, and I’ll explain it in a minute. The ones I first saw were Disney, but there is also other designs, like the one in the photo above. They also have carts in each of the Disney World parks. When you buy eyCatchers, there are three sizes: big, small, and medium. You can attach them together, and it looks cool when you do so. We’ve been looking at getting some for the past couple years, and I constantly walk by the carts in the Disney parks.

Face Painting Kiosk by Enjoy Your Face

A young girl holds up a mirror to inspect her makeup at the Face Painting by Enjoy Your Face kiosk at Disney Springs as her face painting artist looks on
Girl had her face painted at the Face Painting Kiosk; Image source: Disney Springs

This experience is currently closed for safety reasons, but I am hopeful that a new wave of things will open back up as more people get vaccinated. By the way, did you hear about the Boo Bash? But, because this is not owned by Disney, there is no way to know when it will open. I think that it will probably reopen around the time that Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique will open, but there is no word about that.

Fit2Run, The Runner’s Superstore

Fit2Run; Image source: Disney Springs

Fit2Run is a running store, but that’s kind of obvious. They sell things like running shoes, sports wear, and anything you need to run. I don’t shop here. I am not a runner. I am a swimmer, and I’m not pretending otherwise, but I think this store holds everything someone running a marathon would need.

francesca’s®

The profile of a woman modeling a floral top and accessories from francesca's boutique

francesca’s® is a clothing store for women. It has clothes for all occasions, according to Disney Springs. They have jeans, dresses, shoes, bags, and more. Of course, I have never shopped here before, but you might want to.

Doesn’t that sound amazing? My grandma would love this store.

Goofy’s Candy Company

Goofy’s Candy Company is, well, a candy company. You’ve probably seen stuff from it throughout Disney World. It comes in colorful packaging and has Goofy’s face on it. It is sold in merchandise stores, as well as the shop in Disney Springs. I have heard it is really good, although I cannot have it because of Kosher.

Happy Hound

Happy Hound has everything your dog might need: between collars, chew toys, and more, your dog really will be happy. It’s not really a store; it’s a kiosk. And, your dog will love you forever if you think of him or her while you are on vacation.

Havaianas

Havaianas is famous for their flip flops, but that’s not the only thing that they sell. They sell all kinds of stuff, including T-shirts. They mainly sell flip flops, though. If you want a pair of Disney flip flops, this is the place to get them.

The items at this store is kind of expensive. The dress above is $278.00. That seems like a rather expensive dress, but I don’t know much about women’s clothing pricing, to tell you the truth. But, I’m assuming that’s a lot of money for a dress.

If you want new clothes for people in your family, you can shop here. The stuff here isn’t too expensive, with most of the women’s shoes just barely reaching $100.00. (I found out that that’s not super expensive for women’s shoes.)

Kate Spade New York

A woman browsing handbags smiles up at two delighted female customers inside kate spade new york

Unlike most of these stores, we actually have stuff from Kate Spade New York. Well, not this exact store, but from the company. We have silverware from them, and we’ve had it for a long time. It’s still in good shape. But, Kate Spade New York doesn’t just have silverware. In the photo above, you can see clothing, hats, purses, and jewelry. In fact, they have quite a lot of purses. Just look at the one below.

I think that is absolutely adorable, and if I had the money for it, I would get it.

The LEGO® Store is amazing. The first thing you’ll notice is outside: the huge statues made out of LEGOs. The newest one is the Frozen II one. There is also a mural made out of LEGOs outside of the entrance. You can buy individual pieces or whole sets here. And, there is a cool personalized minifigure experience where you can make a minifigure look like you. We are going to do it, but you need a reservation, so we have to make one. There are also cool screens where you can see what the sets will look like when they are built. You can also get a 10% discount if you are an annual passholder to Disney World.

My rule for myself is unless I’ve been on a Disney Cruise, or I’m going to go on one, I will not buy any Disney Cruise Line merchandise. (This goes the same for any place). But, for those of you have been on a Disney Cruise, or you are planning on going on one, you can get what you need for your trip here. The NBA Experience store features racks of apparel, hats and other items as 2 teen girls watch their friend try on baseball caps
People shopping at the NBA store; Image source: Disney Springs

Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons, the NBA Store is currently closed. But, when it does open back up, all of you basketball fans can shop here. As you can see, there are shirts, jerseys, hats, bags, and more. There is a chance that you’ll find your NBA team’s jersey, but we have not been able to find Detroit Pistons merchandise at Disney World yet. (I don’t care that Detroit teams are really bad. I’m from there, so that’s who I root for.) And by the way, we looked at Cast Connections, and the parks during and after the NBA played at Disney World over the summer. So, like I was saying, hopefully you’ll find your team.

In addition to sunglasses, Oakley has football helmets, prescription glasses, and all kinds of other things you can use to play sports or exercise. Pandora Jewelry

People shopping at Pandora Jewelry; Image source: Disney Springs

Pandora Jewelry is a really nice jewelry company. Their most popular product is their charm bracelets. While I don’t have any Pandora Jewelry items, a lot of my cousins have the aforementioned charm bracelets. At the store in Disney Springs, not only you can buy all kinds of stuff that you can buy at any other Pandora Jewelry store, you can also buy special Disney charms that you can’t get anywhere else. I once saw a super adorable Belle charm, which even my cousin who is a huge Disney fan doesn’t have, because you can’t get them anywhere else.

Pearl Factory

At pearl factory, you can buy jewelry with naturally round pearls. There is over 135 different pieces of jewelry, all custom made for you. You can watch as a Cast Member makes your jewelry, and voila! You have a unique gift, whether it’s for yourself, or for somebody else.

First of all, for those of you who aren’t American, soccer is football to you. We just already had football (American football), so we had to come up with a new name for a sport. Pelé Soccer is a soccer (or football, whatever you want to call it). It sells jerseys, cleats, balls, and anything else you might need to play soccer. I don’t play soccer, so I don’t really know what you need to play. But, Madelyn used to “play”, so I have some idea.

Rainforest Café Retail Village at Disney Springs Marketplace

We have all heard of Rainforest Café, even if we haven’t eaten there. There is not one location, but two at Disney World. One is in Animal Kingdom, and the other is in Disney Springs. Both have shops. At these shops, you can buy safari-themed toys, clothing, and more. And, while you’re at it, you can sit down and eat a meal.

Ron Jon Surf Shop

A child wears a shirt with words that read Ron Jon Surf Shop

The Ron Jon Surf Shop in Disney Springs isn’t a regular one: it has special Disney stuff that you can’t get anywhere else. Ron Jon Surf Shop is really common around Florida, but this one is special, like I just said. You can get some of the same stuff as you can at any Ron Jon, though. And, you don’t even have to surf to shop there!

At Shop for Ireland, you can buy Ireland apparel. And, it’s actually imported from Ireland itself. You can buy jewelry, shirts, cookbooks with Irish recipes, and more. They have so much, and because it is from the real country, I consider it authentic.

We actually got this done once. They have these places all over the parks, and we got it done in Magic Kingdom, on Main Street, U.S.A. Unfortunately, I don’t have pictures of them, because they are in Michigan, but my dad will hopefully bring them back down. The Cast Members know what they are doing, and it will turn out perfect, down to the last detail. It also doesn’t take a long time to do. Disney gift cards are accepted, but annual passholder discounts do not apply. I’m not a Disney Vacation Club member, but I’m assuming that the discount does not apply here as well.

Sosa Family Cigars

While Disney is strictly non-smoking (except in special places), you can buy tobacco in Disney Springs, at Sosa Family Cigars. While I think that smoking is gross (not to mention that it is bad for your health), people do it. I believe that this is the only place at WDW where you can buy tobacco.

Sperry

Sperry is a shoe and accessories company. And guess what? For pride month, they even have pride shoes! Sperry makes stuff for men, women, and kids. They have so many different shoes that I’m sure you’ll find something you like.

I think it’s kind of obvious what The Spice & Tea Exchange® sells: tea and spices. I’m a huge tea fan, and so is the rest of my family. I think we should definitely check out this store.

Stance

Two young females sit on a curb wearing stylish outfits with vibrant Stance socks

Stance is a socks and underwear company for men and women. Their socks are so bright and colorful, almost as good as my Forky socks, or my Winnie the Pooh socks, which are both amazing. They have high socks, low socks, and no show socks, in pretty much any color imaginable.

Star Wars™ Galactic Outpost

Surrounded by Star Wars merchandise displays, 2 young boys pretend to battle with lightsabers

Guess what Star Wars™ Galactic Outpost sells? Star Wars merchandise! You can buy all of your favorite Star Wars stuff, right in this store. This includes lightsabers, shirts, other toys, pins, and more! And, guess what? This isn’t the only Star Wars store in Disney Springs. Just take a look at the next one.

Star Wars™ Trading Post

A young male Guest smiling while he holds a replica of a lightsaber inside Star Wars™ Trading Post
A kid holds a toy lightsaber outside of Star Wars™ Trading Post; Image source: Disney Springs

Star Wars™ Trading Post is another Star Wars store in Disney Springs. That’s actually where Madelyn and I bought Elliot’s birthday present. You can get the astromech droids there, but it is the same price as the custom ones in Hollywood Studios, so I recommend you do that instead of buying it here. It is such a cool experience, and you don’t want to miss out on it if you have the chance. You can also get costumes and stuff here. It is all stuff that they sell in Hollywood Studios, so if you see it there and don’t buy it, but regret it, you can just come here for whatever it is that you wanted. Warning: they may not have it, but they probably will.

Sugarboo & Co.

A mom hugs her teen daughter while holding a large owl pillow amidst other home decor items at Sugarboo

Sugarboo & Co. is an art store, with all kinds of house décor items. They have signs, centerpieces, and more. If you look at the images above and below, you’ll see what I mean.

Sugarboo & Co.; Image source: Facebook

As you can see, they also have plants, shelves, and more, as well. If you are looking to redecorate your home, then this is the place to shop. I think that my mom would have a blast at Sugarboo & Co.

Sunglass Icon®

A woman with a sassy expression sports a pair of glasses
A woman wearing sunglasses from Sunglass Icon®; Image source: Disney Springs

Sunglass Icon® is a sunglass store (obviously). They have a whole bunch of super cute options of sunglasses at Sunglass Icon®. The pair that the woman in the photo is wearing is just one example. Personally, I think those sunglasses are super cute. And, Disney’s sunglasses are incredibly expensive. I’m not sure how much they cost here, but you might have better options, especially because Disney’s sunglasses are not known for being the best quality.

Super Hero Headquarters

Amidst store displays, a young girl mimics the pose of a nearby mannequin
A girl and a mannequin wear Marvel clothes inside of Super Hero Headquarters; Image source: Disney Springs

This shop is incredibly cool. It’s the only store at Disney World that only sells Marvel stuff. Before the pandemic, you used to be able to make personalized blasters that you wore on your wrists. Elliot really wants one. But, in edition to that, they also sell, shirts, toys, and more.

Superdry

Superdry is a clothing store for adults. Their price range is anywhere from around $30 to over $300, so you can find something that is within your budget. They have all kinds of clothes, so there is something for every adult.

Swings N’ Things – The Hammock Experts

A girl sits in a hammock from Swings N’ Things; Image source: Disney Springs

Swings N’ Things is a store that sells swinging chairs and hammocks for your outdoor areas (or for indoor areas if you are like the people in the photo). They aren’t exactly cheap, but they are great quality. While you can buy hammocks at your local Target or Walmart, these are much better quality than the cheap ones. If you are looking to redecorate (or just add to your current decorations), you should check out Swings N’ Things.

Tommy Bahama

Tommy Bahama sells stuff for men, women, the beach, and for home. Currently, they are having Father’s Day sale. They also have shoes, bathing suits, shirts, shorts, and more. For the beach, they have chairs, games, drinks, and anything else you might need to have a fun day next to the water.

Tren-D

Tren-D is a Disney fashion store. Personally, I think the name is pretty creative. At Tren-D, you can find Disney Ears, Disney cartoon shirts, Disney parks clothing, items from the D-lish line, and athleisure ensembles. Keep in mind that this is subject to change.

UGG®

Two UGG boots rest upon a patch of sheepskin
A pair of UGGs; Image source: Disney Springs

I come from Detroit, Michigan, where UGGs and other furry boots are extremely popular in the middle of the winter, when it is freezing cold. In fact, it is sort of an unspoken requirement for girls and women to own a pair, because it just gets that cold. Everybody has a pair, and it’s completely normal to see an entire table of girls wearing them at lunch in the cafeteria after the month of October. So, if you, like me, come from a cold climate, you can get your very much necessary fuzzy UGGs here, in Florida. (By the way, I have seen people wear UGGs in Florida, even though it’s like 80℉ in the winter.)

UNDER ARMOUR BRAND HOUSE

Ballerina Misty Copeland in fifth position wearing Under Armour athletic wear
Misty Copeland (ballerina which I’ve never heard of before) dancing in Under Armour clothes; Image source: Disney Springs

I personally love Under Armour clothes. It is so comfortable. I used to have a pair of black leggings from Under Armour that I loved, plus about twenty shirts (all compliments of my cousin Carly). In fact, I loved it so much, Elliot used to ask if he could have the least “ungirly” shirt that I had when it didn’t fit me anymore. My mom told him no. It is great for athletic stuff, but it is also great in the middle of the summer, when you need a better material that you won’t sweat through. (Believe me. I get it. I live in Florida, where I sweat whenever I go outside.) I recommend Under Armour, even if you don’t do a lot of exercising.

UNIQLO

Amidst mannequins and store displays, a young girl holds up a T shirt featuring Mickey Mouse
A girl shopping in UNIQLO; Image source: Disney Springs

UNIQLO is a Disney clothing store. It is pronounced YOO-nee-kloh. Technically, UNIQLO is not a Disney store. Just the one in Disney Springs is. It started in Japan, and eventually it made its way here. Even if you didn’t know what UNIQLO is before you went to Disney Springs (which you are now prepared for), you’ll notice it is definitely an Asian company, because it has what I now know are Japanese characters engraved on the door handle. (I can’t tell the difference between Chinese, Korean, or Japanese characters. Why do they have to be so similar?!) It is a really pretty shop, and I recommend you check it out, even if you don’t want to buy anything, if you have the chance.

UNOde50

A choker from UNOde50; Image source: Disney Springs

UNOde50 is a jewelry store that is founded in Spain. Everything from there is hand crafted. They have bracelets, rings, earrings, and necklaces. The jewelry is really pretty, and not super expensive, with most bracelets ranging between $100 and $200. They have so much jewelry to choose, from, and I’m sure you’ll find something that you like.

Vera Bradley

A young woman sits in a chair and admires the Vera Bradley tote her friend is carrying on her shoulder
Two women shop at Vera Bradley; Image source: Disney Springs

Vera Bradley sells all kinds of stuff, like bags, lanyards, masks, and beanbags. I have a lanyard back in Michigan, that my dad will hopefully bring down in the next round of stuff. Or, I’ll bring it down when I go up in a few weeks. But, that’s off topic. You’ve probably seen Vera Bradley stuff before. A lot of their stuff has a lot of colors and involves flowers. In fact, a lot of it is similar to the bags shown above. But, another example of a Vera Bradley product is in the photo down below.

Harry Potter beanbag; Image source: Vera Bradley

The beanbag above is being sold for $70. I am a huge Harry Potter fan, so I personally love this beanbag. It has all kinds of stuff from Herbology, in case you haven’t read or watched Harry Potter before.

Volcom

A young man plays a display guitar while his male friend looks on with amusement inside Volcom

Volcom sells all kinds of thing for performance and sports. You can buy tops, dresses, hoodies, jackets, jeans, pants, shorts, skirts, sweaters, sweatshirts, swimwear, wetsuits, and more. You’ll also be able to find accessories and shoes. It is located right across the street from UNDER ARMOUR BRAND HOUSE.

World of Disney®

A retail store with square columns, large windows and a sign that reads World of Disney
World of Disney®; Image source: Disney Springs

World of Disney® is hard to miss, and it’s easily the biggest store in Disney Springs. This is one of my favorite stores ever. It is the biggest physical Disney store in the world. The only Disney store that beats it is shopDisney. If you saw something in the parks, and you didn’t get it, but you regret it, you will most likely be able to buy it here, unless it is out of stock, which has happened to our family before a couple times.

ZARA

Places to eat

There are many places to eat in Disney Springs, so here it is. I’ll tell you what they serve, and you can decide if you want to eat there.

This restaurant is not incredibly expensive, priced at $14.99 and under per adult. It serves Mexican and Latin food, like brisket and pulled pork made in a special Mexican way. It is located across from AMC Theater in West Side.

AMC – MacGUFFINS

MacGUFFINS; Image source: Disney Springs

AMC has two restaurants and this is one of them. At MacGUFFINS, you can order alcoholic drinks, like beer, wine, and cocktails, before you go and watch whatever movie you came to watch. It is located inside of AMC, in the West Side.

AMC® Disney Springs 24 Dine-In Theatres

Someone eating at 24 Dine-In Theatres; Image source: Disney Springs

The full service is temporarily suspended, but if you order from the Ordering Station, they will deliver to your seat. And, at AMC, all fully vaccinated guests don’t have to wear masks. Please, though, for yours and others safety, don’t lie that you are fully vaccinated. Unfortunately, I don’t know what’s on the menu, because neither Disney Springs or AMC have it on their websites.

Amorrete’s Patisserie

Three delightful circle shaped pastries, including one that looks like Mickey Ears, one cheesecake with whipped cream and fruit toppings, and one tart topped high with fruit and whipped cream
Pastries from Amorrete’s Patisserie

At Amorrete’s Patisserie, you can buy all kinds of pastries, like crepes, specialty cakes, wine, and champagne. My personal favorite (to look at, of course. This is not a Kosher confectionary.) is the Mickey one above. I think that one is really creative. In order to order specialty cakes, you have to order by phone ((407) 934-3500) or go to the shop at least 72 hours in advance. The menu is on the Disney Springs website. The shop is located across the street from UNDER ARMOUR BRAND HOUSE in The Landing.

AristoCrêpes

Two bubble waffles in Aristocrepes wrappers laying side by side, one is filled with strawberries and whipped cream, the other with chocolate ice cream, chocolate covered pretzels and whipped cream swirled with caramel

First things first, those bubble waffles look amazing. Unfortunately for me, they aren’t Kosher, so you can comment down below, telling me if they are good. AristoCrêpes is located in Marketplace. In addition to the bubble waffles, they also sell crêpes, water, Coca-Cola, and alcoholic drinks, which you must be over 21 to purchase.

B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co.

They serve all kinds of unique alcoholic beverages, including stuff that includes Dole Whips, the classic Disney treat. It is located in The Landing. You can get a Picnic Basket where you can choose what goes in, or you can order off of the normal menu, which includes:

  • French Fries
  • Cheese
  • Boxes of various stuff that you can choose
  • Hummus
  • Crackers
  • Baguettes
  • Fruit
  • and more!

So, basically anything that you might eat/drink with wine.

An 11 inch pizza topped with arugula, diced chicken and red peppers

This restaurant serves pizza, obviously. The price range is $14.99 and under per adult. The style of pizza is American, even though pizza is originally from China. Everybody thinks it’s from Italy, but no, it’s from China. Anyways, they are located in Town Center. Their hours are from 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM, and they serve lunch and dinner. They serve signature pizzas, you can build your own pizza, salads, dough knots, desserts, fountain sodas, and alcoholic beverages (for people 21 and older).

They do recommend reservations, which you can make by going to Disney Springs website, or by clicking this link: https://www.disneysprings.com/dining/the-boathouse/. Whenever someplace recommends a reservation, I recommend that you make one if you want to do that thing, or else you might not get in. The BOATHOUSE® is located in The Landing. • Curry sauce
  • Brownies
  • Blondies
  • Fruit cups
  • Fountain sodas

  • and more!

Even though Disney Springs’ website says this is an American-style restaurant, this is sounding a lot more like a British-style restaurant, with the fish and chips and everything.

The price range at these fun places to eat is $14.99 and under per adult. The food style is American. You used to be able to use Disney Dining Plan credit here, but because that was cancelled, you can’t do that right now. When they bring it back (which they no doubt will), you will probably be able to use them. Until then, you will have to pay in cash. The trucks are there from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Disney Springs’ website says this is for lunch and dinner, but that would be an incredibly late lunch. They have three food trucks: 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck (as mentioned above), Hot Diggity Dog, and Mac & Cheese. Please keep in mind that there are also food trucks at Disney’s All Star Music Resort during the summer as well. These food trucks are parked in West Side, right outside of AMC, as pictured above. Items on the menus include:

  • BLT
  • Mac & cheese
  • Bottled soda
  • Bottled water
  • POWERade®
  • and more!

These food trucks don’t have a huge selection, but if you are looking for American comfort food, this is a great place to get it.

Earl of Sandwich®

Earl of Sandwich® sells, well, sandwiches. There are Earl of Sandwich® stores all over the United States. But, like I always say, there’s a special magic about Disney, and you can’t replicate it anywhere else. So, while you may be able to get the same exact sandwiches somewhere else, they aren’t the same.

Well, you could before the pandemic, but I am pretty sure that they were brought back. You can buy your ice cream in Marketplace, right near World of Disney® (see above). You won’t miss it: it smells amazing, and it will make you want to go in to buy ice cream. The price range is $14.99 and under per adult. This bakery serves their snacks from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. It is located in The Landing. They have chocolate chip cookies, toffee, cake cookie (for limited time only), a monthly desert, red velvet cake, daily cake slice, milk, cane sugar soda, and more! You can watch Cast Members make your order for you, which is super cool, in my opinion. Here’s a picture of it:

There is no indoor seating, and there is no outdoor seating close by, so you’ll have to eat while walking, which is now allowed. In addition to that previously mentioned slushy, they feature Japanese hand rolls. But, instead of using rice, they use tortilla.

This kiosk mixes flavors from around the world to create new (and I assume yummy) dishes.

These are all the restaurants in Disney Springs, so I hope I helped you decide where you would like to eat. If you want to read the full DFB blog for the last restaurant, go to https://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2016/05/17/first-look-and-review-yesake-hand-rolls-and-slushes-in-disney-springs/. It will give you a lot more information than I did, but I do give credit to them.

Extra Experiences

There are three extra experiences in Disney Springs, one of which I already mentioned above: Splitsville Luxury Lanes™. There’s no need to talk about that one again, but I will be talking about the other two.

Aerophile – The World Leader in Balloon Flight

This experience is for all ages, and they operate from 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Tickets are first come, first serve, and you can purchase them at the attraction. They cost $25 for people 10 and older, and $20 for people ages 3 to 9. Here are some important things to know before you ride:

  • The balloon will not fly during a storm or if winds exceed 22 mph.
  • Bags, beverages, food, smoking and strollers are not permitted in the balloon’s basket.
  • Guests over age 12 are permitted to ride by themselves. However, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older)*

This attraction is located in The Landing.

Vintage Amphicar Tours

This tour is for all ages, and they are open from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. These 20 minute tours run daily, weather permitting. I don’t recommend booking for a summer tour, because it rains off and on, all day, every day. It costs $125 per car, which holds up to 3-4 people each. Walkup reservations are accepted at The BOATHOUSE BOATIQUE. The dock is in The Landing.

Well, that’s everything you need to know if you are planning on visiting Disney Springs. Please keep in mind that everything written in this blog is true at the time of posting. Things are subject to change, especially with COVID, and its restrictions.
